The preferred candidate will have a background in city government operations with experience in budget preparation, personnel management, and project oversight. Education & Experience: Qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in public administration, business, government or similar fields and at least five years of experience as a City Manager, Assistant City Manager or an equivalent position. A Master's Degree in Public or Business Administration or advanced management training at senior executive programs is preferred.
