The 2025 CMAO Winter Conference will be held at Edmond Conference Center located at 2833 Conference Drive, Edmond, OK 73034. This winter’s conference was developed using topic requests on evaluations from past conferences.


Conference Hotel Information

A room block has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Edmond and it will expire on December 27th.


Registration Fees:

  • Registration: $350/members or $450/non-members, which includes lunches and a banquet ticket, breakfast is on your own. Deadline to register is January 7th.

  • Additional Meal Tickets (Does not include Dinner on Thursday): $150

  • Additional Ticket for Dinner on Thursday: $50

Registration closes January 7th. Cancellations made prior to January 7th will receive a full refund. After January 7th, no refunds will be given. Any registered attendee who does not request a cancellation prior to January 7th and does not attend the conference is required to pay their balance in full.
