Each of our conferences and meetings will offer courses for the Accredited Manager Program (AMP) (40 hours of courses are required to complete the program.) An annual fee of $50 is included in membership dues, a non-refundable fee to cover additional costs of the program.

DO YOU LEAD WITH A FINITE VISION, OR ARE YOU PLAYING THE INFINITE GAME IN YOUR CITY?

We are excited to present the 2021 Winter Conference virtually, January 27-29 and February 1, 3, 5. Based on the leadership concept of "The Infinite Game" by Simon Sinek, the conference will focus on the financial management of municipalities, The Infinite "Money" Game. Speakers will present on how to lead your organization with an infinite mindset, from revenue generation to budgeting to how you lead your team.

All registrants will receive a copy of Simon Sinek's book "The Infinite Game."

VIRTUAL FORMAT

The virtual conference will be held via Zoom - login information and packet materials will be sent to registrants one week prior to the conference, with a reminder the day before.

We will begin with a welcome session on January 27th, including:

• Welcome from CMAO President Dave Slezickey at 8:45 a.m.

• Opening Keynote at 9 a.m.

• CMAO Business Meeting

• Sponsor Breakout Rooms

• A “Virtual Happy Hour” for Open Discussion.

Following that, the sessions will be spread out over several days. Tune in live when available, or enjoy the recorded sessions after the conference - this virtual option will allow us to archive the event!
